Our program is built on tradition, work ethic, and a relentless commitment to improvement. We focus on the process every day — the details, the preparation, and the standards that define Cornell Hockey. When we do that, success follows, and our student-athletes grow not only as players, but as leaders and people.
We now have over 50 years of history and tradition with Cornell Women’s Ice Hockey due to the drive and determination of those who came long before us. To this day we have embraced that drive, and remain committed to getting better daily.
Our staff is providing our athletes with the to tools be great teammates, leaders, followers, and students. We teach the importance of paying attention to the details, and the importance of the process over the outcome. Our athletes understand they will have to work hard on the ice as well as in the classroom to achieve success here at Cornell, but that is what makes being a member of the team a world-class experience.
Your gift is the reason we can compete with the top teams in the NCAA. To compete with the best, we must have the funds to travel, recruit, and provide the equipment and technology our players need to be their best. Due to your support over the years, we have competed with the best in the NCAA. Once again, this year we were ranked in the NCAA Top 10. We know that without the tremendous support we receive from our alumnae, friends, and supporters, we would not be able to achieve the consistently high standards we expect of our program. With your support, we can compete for NCAA championships. We are forever grateful.
