Please be advised that the cut-off date to request grants from the Cornell University Foundation donor advised fund to charities outside Cornell University by year-end is 3:00 p.m., Thursday, December 12th and that the deadline for requesting a grant to an area within Cornell is 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 18th.

This form allows donors who currently have a Cornell University Foundation – Donor-Advised Fund account to make a grant. Grants must be made to organizations that are tax-exempt under both I.R.C. Section 501 (c)(3) and public charities under Code Section 509 (a).
